Who this covers

This policy explains how Engagerami handles the personal information you provide when you join our early-access list through this website. It applies to the marketing site only; the Engagerami application has its own in-product terms.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form we collect:

• Your email address (required).
• The audience you identify with (e.g. marketing, sales, agency, individual).
• Any optional details you choose to share (name, company, team size, role, or how you’d use Engagerami).
• Basic technical context for the submission — the page you signed up from and the referring URL.

Why we collect it & lawful basis

We process this information on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form. We use it solely to contact you about Engagerami early access and to understand which audiences to prioritise. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We retain your signup details for as long as you remain on the early-access list, and for a reasonable period afterwards to manage onboarding. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so promptly.

Where it’s stored & who processes it

Signup data is stored securely in our database (Supabase) and confirmation emails are sent via our email provider (Resend). These processors handle the data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Analytics & cookies

We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand how this marketing site is performing — for example which pages and articles are visited and where traffic comes from. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or track you across other sites. We also record aggregate page views in PostHog (hosted in the EU). On this public marketing site we do not run session recording or behavioural “autocapture” of anonymous visitors. Because we don’t use tracking cookies or profiling here, no cookie-consent banner is required.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under UK/EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your information, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
